Changing the domain to .northgrc.app for Google AD integration
At NorthGRC, we are transitioning our customers' domain from neupart.one to northgrc.app. If you are still using neupart.one as your domain and have added an external user directory through Google SAML, you will need to update the domain you are redirecting to.
When you are ready for the migration, the first step is to contact our support team at support@northgrc.com and schedule a meeting, as we need to complete this migration together with you.
Before the Meeting: You need to create a local user in NorthGRC with the UserManager role assigned. This ensures that you can still access the system in case any issues arise during the AD configuration change.
Step 1: In Google SAML
A Google admin needs to open Google Workspace:
- Go to Apps > Web and Mobile Apps.
- Locate your NeupartOne integration.
- Open Service Provider Details.
- Update your ACS URL and Entry ID, changing “.neupart.one” to “.northgrc.app”.

6. Save your changes.
7. Click on "Download METADATA".

Step 2: In NorthGRC
- Open NorthGRC and navigate to Settings > User Directories.
- Locate your Google SAML integration.
- Edit the Google SAML integration by clicking the blue pencil icon on the right side.
- Under Identity Provider, upload the new Metadata file you just downloaded.
- Next, we will update your domain in NorthGRC.
- Once the domain has been changed, log out and log back in to test the new configuration.
Your domain has now been successfully updated.
