Exporting and uploading documents

Exporting documents from NorthGRC

In NorthGRC, it is possible to export the documents in the library, to Word. This applies both to those created by the system and those you create yourself within the system.

If you open any document in NorthGRC and click on the three dots in the upper right corner, then select Export Document, you can export it:

This option exports the version of the document you are currently viewing. In this case, we are exporting the draft, as a version of the document has not yet been created.

The second option for exporting the document is called Export All Versions:

This function does exactly what the name suggests: it exports all versions of the document. The versions are compiled into a single Word file, so you have all versions in one document.

Importing documents to NorthGRC

In NorthGRC, it is also possible to import documents stored locally on your computer into the library.

You can upload documents by clicking +CreateUpload Document:

A new upload window will then open, where you can either drag and drop a document onto the field or click on the field to open the file explorer. From there, you can select one or more files to upload:

It is possible to upload Word documents, PDF files, .jpeg, and .png image files.
