How do I delete a document?

To delete a document,  open the document

> Click the 3 vertical dots in the upper right corner

> Navigate to Delete document

> The system will say that you are about to delete the document, and list the entities that are related to the document. 

> When you are sure that you want to delete the document, click Yes, delete

Remember, that you must have the role as Document Manager or be Owner of the document in order to delete it.

You can also delete more that one document at a time.

To do this you need to click the 3 dots next to the filter and click 'Delete all shown documents':

This works well if you need to delete all documents in a folder, or identical documents.

You can use the library filter in combination with this to more efficiently delete more than one document. 

Be aware that deleted documents are saved in the Recycle bin for 90 days, after which they will be deleted permanetly.
