This course is designed for individuals who just acquired the tool, inherited it from someone else, or simply need a brush up. You will learn how to:

• set up and customize your annual plan to align with your needs
• create users and teams
• utilize the templates available in the document library - or your own templates
• manage your controls
• gain insight into your compliance level
• manage your vendors and supervise data processors
• perform risk assessments
• and much more

Whether you have little or a lot of time, you can get help by joining our online courses.

In our online courses, you will be guided on how to make the most of your GRC platform. You and your colleagues can participate as often as you need. There will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions to the instructor or get advice from other participants.

Each course is standalone and can be taken independently of the others. However, we recommend starting with the "Getting started with NorthGRC" and "Library and awareness" courses to get the most out of it. If you are in an onboarding process with us, please ask your onboarding consultant which sequence is best for you.
